1Introduction & Eligibility

By using the Jatbaj website and app, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jatbaj and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one Jatbaj account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Support immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• If you lose access to your login credentials, reset your password immediately.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory on Jatbaj. It is required to ensure financial security and prevent money laundering. Withdrawals cannot be processed without completed KYC, and large deposits may also require verification.

Information Required for KYC

• Scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie holding your ID document.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement – issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method (bKash/Nagad number verification).

Once KYC is submitted, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. You may continue placing bets during this period; however, withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual withdrawal requests.

5Betting Rules

All users are required to follow certain fundamental rules while betting on Jatbaj. These rules apply equally to everyone on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final once it has been confirmed by the system and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account. Any bet may be cancelled prior to confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation due to a network issue, please contact Support.

Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, your odds remain locked in — even if the odds change afterwards. However, if the odds change at the moment of placing your bet, it will either be confirmed at the new odds or cancelled.

Cancelled or Suspended Matches

• If a match is cancelled entirely, the stake will be refunded.
• If the match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• In live betting, if a match is suspended, the result achieved up to that point may be taken into account.

Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute over a match result, Jatbaj will verify the official outcome through internationally recognised sources and issue a final ruling. This decision is conclusive and binding.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Jatbaj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms that must be followed. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its applicable terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x).
• A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed using a bonus.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person.
• If bonus abuse is found to have occurred, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. To close your account, email our Support team.

• Accounts may be suspended immediately in the event of a rule violation.
• In cases of fraud or bonus abuse, your account balance may be forfeited.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts with no activity for 12 months.
